We are not here to conduct research and prevent trash, it’s a current problem that needs a current solution. Time is not on our side. Changing products, and practices at the business level is our first approach, the behavior part takes change at a generational level, starting in schools, social media, and campuses.
Clear Oceans isn’t waiting around for some politician or business to give ESG lip service to the constituents and stop when election time or shareholder board meetings are over. It’s time for us to become the stakeholders that never sleep, never surrender, and never give up.
If you look globally, third-world countries are the biggest polluters of trash into rivers and then the ocean. ClearOceans River barge cleanup system is designed to collect that trash and prevent it from entering the oceans. Clear Oceans conducts extensive research into the origins of that trash and confronts the government (with locals) to stop the waste.
